Why does Juana believe the pearl will destroy her and Kino? How will the pearl destroy them? Give examples to support your opinion.
Juana doen't like the pearl because it has drawn hatred and jealousy on them. Juana also thinks that Kino has put everything behind him and is only focused on the pearl and what he can get with it.
